The OLED screen is a huge plus that greatly adds to the video quality, and the buttons on the top of the screen make this great for exercising. It's a little pricey for what it does though.

Buy used from: $165.00 This is the older version of the archos 5 android. It does not do as much as the android, but the supreme video playback and size of its hard drive are enough to keep it ahead of the ipod touch.

Buy new: $449.99 / Used from: $179.99 This is not in the same category as the ipod touch, but is good competition for the classic.

Buy used from: $39.99 Now this is archos's product that is similar in size to the touch. I've never used one before, but the price is tempting. You gotta love the red anyway.
